April 4th, 2025, Westbury High School implemented a Weapons Detection System at our school entrances to enhance the safety and security of our entire school community. Everyone is required to go through the detectors before entering the building.

This system is designed to create a safer environment for all, and we appreciate your cooperation and patience as we implement this important measure.

Please take a moment to watch the demonstration video for important information on how the system works and what to expect when entering the building.
