All Westbury High School staff members are required to obtain a staff parking permit from Mr. Estrella. This permit must be clearly displayed in your vehicle at all times while on campus. Staff parking is allowed only in designated areas, including the A-Wing lot and the C-Wing lot (with approval). Following these guidelines helps maintain an orderly and efficient parking system for everyone.

Parking Rules

• Student parking is permitted solely in the C and D Wing parking lots.
• A Westbury Student Parking Pass is required and must be obtained from Mr. Estrella, jestrel1@houstonisd.org.

How to Get a Parking Permit

Visit Mr. Estrella during lunch or drop by the main office, your assistant principal's office, the counselor's office, or the cafeteria to pick up an application.
You will need to submit the following documents:

•  Valid driver's license
• *Vehicle registration
•  Insurance proof

Important Tips

• No student parking is allowed in the A Wing parking lot at any time.
• Please park only in the assigned locations in the C and D Wing parking lots.

Policy Enforcement

 Note:

• Students who fail to comply with the parking lot policy will receive a warning for the first offense, and parents will be contacted.
• A second documented offense will result in the removal of parking privileges.
• Cars parked in unauthorized lots will be towed at the owner's cost.

All guests visiting Westbury High School should park in the designated visitor parking spots clearly marked “Visitor”. These spaces are reserved to ensure convenient access for parents, district personnel, and other campus visitors.
