School Withdrawal

Withdrawal procedure: The parent or legal guardian must be present to withdraw.

1. Bring the school Laptop, charger, laptop case, and other school properties to the school.

2. The parent will be provided with withdrawal forms to fill out. The student's AP will be called to sign the withdrawal forms. A copy of the parents' ID will be made.

  • Students under 18: The Parent/guardian who enrolled the student must be present.
  • Students over 18 enrolled by parents before turning 18: The Parent/Guardian who enrolled the student must be present to complete the withdrawal.
  • Student over 18 enrolled as an adult student: Student must be present.

3. The data office will withdraw the student from the database and have the parent sign the document. 

4. The Registrar's office will finalize the withdrawal paperwork and update the student records to be given to the parent.

Withdrawals must be processed in person in the main office.
